Operating under the premise that “leadership is learned”, the Championing Healthcare Improvement program is a one-week, full immersion program that allows you to practice time-tested leadership principles in team and organizational scenarios. Through content-rich discussion, video case studies, 360° survey feedback, team problem solving activities and personal action planning, you will be prepared to lead Lean Six Sigma in your organization.

Workshop sessions begin Sunday evening and go until Saturday noon. The full immersion program allows you to leave behind your daily pressures—personal and professional-and focus on your own self-development.
